 Center Supervisor - Springboard Home for Youth in Crisis in Oro Valley |
The Springboard Home for Youth in Crisis is looking for a Center Supervisor. Person will be responsible for oversight and direction of the daily activities of the Center, including administrative tasks, bookkeeping, staff and student supervision, intake process management, monthly reporting and general center operations. Candidate should have previous supervisory experience, must be a mature Christian, able to multi-task and have a heart towards ministry. Additionally, candidate should be eligible to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and be certified in CPR and First Aid (These can be obtained upon hiring.) This is a critical position within the ministry. Serious and qualified candidates need only apply.

Person will oversee the students in the N.H. home campus, provide maintenance support for the structure of the home (including repairs), provide staff support and supervision while on duty, manage aggressive, hostile or other inappropriate behavior, maintain a clean safe environment, supervise household activities, insure positive interaction with neighbors and visitors, coordinate educational workshops and other duties as assigned.
